As two local realtors who live right here in Webster Groves, we don’t just sell homes—we live and breathe this community. From our favorite coffee runs to weekend walks with the family, we know firsthand what makes Webster such a special place to call home. Whether you’re new to the area or simply looking to fall in love with your hometown all over again, here are a few of the spots we always recommend.

🌳 Favorite Parks for Nature, Play, and Peace & Quiet

Blackburn Park This one’s a classic. With 38 acres of rolling hills, tennis courts, walking trails, and scenic views, it’s a top choice for morning jogs or laid-back weekend picnics. You’ll often see local sports teams practicing here—and maybe one of us walking our dog!

Larson Park Tucked in a quiet residential area, Larson is the kind of place that makes you feel like a local. We love the shaded playground and the loop trail that’s perfect for strollers or scooters.

Southwest Park Ideal for young families, this neighborhood park features an updated playground, splash pad, and plenty of space for kids to run off that post-dinner energy.

Local Shops & Hidden Gems

The Novel Neighbor Part bookstore, part gift shop, part event space—this charming shop is a local treasure. We love recommending it to clients with kids, book lovers, and anyone who appreciates a creative space that’s deeply rooted in the community.

Rolling Ridge Nursery Need curb appeal ideas or seasonal decor? This garden center is one of our favorite spots for planters, mums, and inspiration. It’s also a great place to pick up a gift or grab a pumpkin in the fall.

Maypop Coffee & Garden Shop Equal parts cozy café and plant lover’s paradise. Maypop is our go-to for meetings, quiet work time, or a weekend treat with the kids. Try the lavender latte—you won’t regret it.

Cornucopia This old-school kitchen and gift store has everything from cookie cutters to party supplies. It’s our secret weapon for housewarming gifts, seasonal table settings, and holiday decor.

🍽️ Where We Eat (And Take Clients)

Olive + Oak A standout in the St. Louis restaurant scene, Olive + Oak is our go-to for celebrating closings or anniversaries. The menu is seasonal and creative, and the space feels upscale but never stuffy.

The Clover and the Bee Just across the street from Olive + Oak, this cozy, light-filled café is one of Joel’s favorite spots to grab a coffee or have a quick meet up with a friend or client. This place is a staple in our weekly routine. The breakfast sandwich and seasonal lattes are a must!

Frisco Barroom In the heart of Old Webster, Frisco offers delicious comfort food in a historic setting. Think burgers, cocktails, and one of the best patios in town. It’s perfect for a casual dinner with friends or clients.

Webster Groves Farmers Market Every Thursday afternoon in the summer, you’ll find local produce, fresh-baked bread, flowers, and more. We’re big fans—and you’ll probably run into a few of your future neighbors while you shop.

🏘️ Why We Love Selling Homes Here

Webster Groves isn’t just where we work—it’s where we live, raise our families, and feel at home. That personal connection allows us to offer insight that goes way beyond the MLS. We know which streets host the best Halloween decorations, which playgrounds are stroller-friendly, and which homes are within walking distance of the Saturday donut run.

When we talk to buyers, we’re not just selling bedrooms and square footage—we’re sharing what living here truly feels like.
